Hi, I recently de-installed Photoshop (V. 24.7) and re-installed it to a lower version (V 24.6) because I was having issues with opening files from Lightroom (Edit in PS). I am Mac user and had both plug ins installed (Quick Mask and Artisan). Both plug ins were working well.

Anyway, as I deleted the newer version I had to re-install the plug ins in V24.6 but I find only my Quick Mask Pro in the Creative Cloud Software, the Artisan Pro X Plug in is not on my list although it is available in the WebPage of the CC. Issue is I can't install it. When I look for it in the CC I would have to buy it again.

I am sharing the screen shots.

I hope the issue is known and you can help me or direct me to the thread where you explain how to solve the issue.

Thanks!

Hello, I'm afraid this is a Creative Cloud issue and has nothing to do with the panel (installation of the plugins are all controlled via the Creative Cloud). I would suggest to contact Adobe and ask them if they know what's wrong. What I know is that several users had similar issues and that after de-installing and then re-installing Photoshop, it was okay again. Maybe try that first before contacting Adobe.

Thank you Joel, that is my suspicion too. But I thought some one else had had the same issue and knew the solution here.

Anyway it works now. I installed the newer PS version and everything works well. Might have been some version compatibility issue.
