Fuji Xt5 16-55, shot at 16mm f5.6 iso200 1/85th handheld

Processed DXO Deep Prime 2, Photoshop & BW Artisan Pro

This would probably have benefited from a wider focal length which would allow the building to breathe and allow for vertical correction.

I did a sky replacement to simplify the image.

Plenty of potential with this subject Ian. I agree that it is a little cramped; another lens may make a difference. To my eye the top third of the building looks more interesting than the bottom section. I don't mean to be critical but the lower section looks 'messy'. I'm wondering if you could go in closer and get more of a 'looking up' shot. Or else get much further out to include the plaza and surrounding area.

Hi John your probably right with the messy base of the building, I did try to darken it and reduce contrast to give it less importance.

On closer inspection I added a Special FX darken but did not use a mask and I can see an area above the top of the building that shows a dark area.

Don't edit after a glass of wine!
